- Defining, designing and implementing a creative visual merchandising strategy according to standards across the region, in line with brand guidelines
- Creating appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through purchasing decisions
- Monitoring feedback and escalate accordingly with regards to the impact of visual merchandising actions on the business
- Overseeing the production of food displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans and special promotions displays
- Liaising with operational staff on arranging displays
- Monitoring costs and work within budget
- Analyzing visual merchandising trends within the region and provide regular detailed feedback to key stakeholders in order to drive and support the business
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, spatial design, interior design, retail management, or a related field is a plus
- Proven work experience as a Visual Merchandiser for minimum 2 years
- High sensitivity of details and understanding of product categories
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design tools
- Knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices
- Creative and innovative thinker
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends
