Responsibility:
- Create planogram for product placement for enhanced customer engagement and seamless shopping experience
- Ensure a high standard of visual merchandising in line with the company’s vision and brand identity in the respective store Innovative, creative and fashionable
- Identify correct stories in line with buying strategy.
- Provide store specific solutions for layout deviations from VM guideline.
- Ensure that all deadlines for launches and promotions are met
- Fast, flexible and thrive on change and new challenges Maintain the VM standards and ensure world-class execution
- Coach and guide VM in store & in office training for all team member as well as store team
- Manage budgets for visual merchandising projects to focus on cost effective yet impactful solutions
- Analyze data and customer feedback to gauge success of visual merchandising strategies
- Review and follow up VM weekly report with team member
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Design Communication Visual, Interior Design or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in visual merchandising retail fashion
- Posses strong pasiion for the fashion and retail industry
- Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behaviour
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Software Design
