Responsibilities:
• Strategic planning of full store visual experience, including but not limited to: in-store display, marketing elements, storefront display, store layout
• Coordinate with contractor to build required design elements (e.g., rak)
• Coordinate with site development team to execute the design according to the plan
• Create planogram for product placement for enhanced customer engagement and seamless shopping experience
• Manage budgets for visual merchandising projects to focus on cost effective yet impactful solutions
• Analyze data and customer feedback to gauge success of visual merchandising strategies
• Periodically update planogram of store display to add new SKUs and refresh store experience
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field.
● Have experience in visual merchandising or Planogram in houseware sector working for retail companies
● Proven ability to design store concept and manage process of setting up the store
● Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behaviour.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, as well as other relevant software.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
● Desire to make a significant impact on the company's success.
