- Analyzing market trends, designing key strategies, and achieving sales targets for network and cloud solutions, both from existing and new customers.
- Create market penetration strategies (Go-To-Market).
- Supervising and controlling the performance of all departments within the Sales & Marketing Division
- Collaborate with the IT industry ecosystem to raise brand awareness through one-to-many events.
- Collaborate with other departments, including product development, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment of Sales and Marketing activities with overall company goals.
- Performing a regular Appraisal to assess the comprehensive performance of the Sales Team.
- Education: Bachelor or Master's Degree in Sales, Marketing or Business Management.
- Minimum working experience: 10 years, including at least 3 years in senior sales management role within the ISP, ,Telecom Data Center, Cloud, or other Digital Infrastructure industry.
- Ability to align sales organization objectives with company business strategies through sales strategy, sales resource development planning, and budgeting.
- Leadership capacity to respond and make the right decisions.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer behaviour also has exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- English language skills, and the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
