Responsibilities
Greet customers as they arrive and provide a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
Deliver excellent customer service and hospitality.
Take food and beverage orders and ensure accuracy of customer requests.
Upsell and cross-sell available products including retail and merchandise.
Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure guests have everything they need, including utensils, napkins, and condiments.
Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff and bar staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and delivered promptly.
Handle cash, EDC, QRIS, and other payment transactions.
Answer customer questions and provide recommendations for menu items.
Clear and clean tables after customers have finished their meals.
Set up and organize tables and dining areas.
Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling and storage of food and beverage products.
Requirements
Hospitality high school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a customer service role preferred.
Knowledge of food and beverage service techniques and etiquette.
Familiar with POS systems and other computerized sales tools.
Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Able to work effectively as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Speak English at a conversational level.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math skills and proficiency in operating cash registers.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Able to join immediately.
Currently living in Surabaya is preferred.
