Job Description:
- Responsible for updating the status of goods, monitoring the quantity and quality of goods entering and leaving the warehouse.
- Preparation and documentation of warehouse invoices and receipts
- Set the placement of goods according to the expiration date, category, SKU.
- Collaborating with the warehouse keeper to accurately audit the quantity of goods.
- Implement and manage inventory control measures to prevent losses and track stock movement.
- Collaborate with other departments to exchange information on stock levels, identifying remaining stock, dead stock, and stock rejections.
- Generate daily reports detailing stock activities, including incoming and outgoing goods.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information for decision-making.
- Responsible for warehouse 6S management.
- Undertake any additional tasks or projects assigned by the department head.
- Adapt to changing requirements and contribute to overall warehouse and financial objectives.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse management or a related field is required.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS) is considered advantageous.
- Essential to have knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP systems.
- Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment, especially in the production and packaging of products, is preferred.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. This is essential for data analysis, reporting, and communication within the organization.
- Attention to detail helps in avoiding errors, while precision ensures accurate financial reporting.
