Warehouse Assistant Manager

Job Description:

- Ensure the receipt of goods in the Warehouse is physically correct and can be accounted for in documents and data.
- Validate and report the receipt of goods received by the WH team
- Maintain the accuracy of physical stock with data
- Ensure the availability of goods in the warehouse is always in good condition
- Coordinate the team to organize and arrange goods in the warehouse properly
- Perform stock-taking and reconciliation between physical and data
- Make and report the stock of goods in WH
- Implement the 5R System in the Warehouse
- Make distribution plans for goods that will be sent to customers according to orders
- Supervise the implementation of distribution / loading of goods to be sent to customers
- Report all transactions of goods released from the Warehouse both internally and externally

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree with majoring Management or Industrial Engineering
• Having minimum 5 years experiences in Warehouse Management or related field
• Familiar with SAP, WMS, Kaizen, & Six Sigma
• Expert level in using Ms. Excel
• Good communication & leadership skills
• Willing to work in Cikarang Barat, Jawa Barat
