Lead in daily cycle count and/ or stock take processes including the preparation and reconciliation.
Lead in daily inventory replenishment.
Manages inventory control from inbound to outbound of the warehouse through Warehouse Management System.
Maintain consistent and sufficient stock levels to meet customers’ demands.
Anticipate and react to shortages and changes in inventory.
Analyze data and statistics to continually improve processes.
Track inventory characteristics, types, and movement.
Manage and collaborate with a team of warehouse personnel workers.
Managing, evaluating, and reporting on inventory movement and inventory accuracy.
Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
Key interface between numerous parties to proactively take action that deliver business results.
Controlling the departmental operations budget and monitoring expenses.
Continuous cost saving initiatives with focus on process efficiency and cost savings.
Bachelor’s degree in any stream with Supply Chain Management/ Logistics Management/
Business or related field equivalent combination of education and work experience in the logistics industry.
Minimum of 3-5 years experiences in FMCG (Foods and Home Care).
Minimum of 3-5 years strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent in Excel with strong skills in Analytical, Decision Making and Problem Solving.
Excellent communication skills both written and oral, and interpersonal skills.
