- Responsible for accurate counting, classification, storage, and distribution of items within the warehouse, ensuring inventory levels meet company needs.
- Manage container imports by negotiating with freight forwarders, planning, communicating with suppliers, handling documents, and addressing demurrage concerns
- Oversee truck logistics by negotiating with trucking companies, planning, communicating with customers, handling documents, and addressing demurrage concerns
- Coordinate customs clearance for incoming and outgoing goods with necessary parties
- Scrutinize documents for accuracy and validity in all inbound and outbound activities.
- Ensure all B2B and B2C orders are fulfilled (picked, packed and dispatched) accurately within the agreed SLA Review and prepare workflow, manpower and space requirements, equipment layout, and action plans while ensuring productivity, quality and customer service standards are met
- Use a system software to keep records, edit, and manage the inventory flow in the fulfillment center
- Manage arrangements with internal and external delivery partners to ensure that orders are dispatched on time and accurately to customers
- Optimize Warehouse Operations via continuous improvement and implement cost saving measures
- Work with internal stakeholders including product team, regional operations, project, business development teams to ensure that system and process gaps are flagged, and that process changes are implemented effectively in the warehouse
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations
- Forecasting and Insights: Provide a macro-led business intelligence view to the organization to prevent missed opportunities, surmount obstacles at all organizational levels and drive commercial behaviors
