Responsibilities
• Oversee and coordinate inventory fulfillment• Ensure smooth operations and handover to the next shift• Conduct stock opname (stocktaking)• Arrange display of goods according to type• Ensure accurate, efficient, and timely processing of incoming goods• Perform quality and quantity checks during goods processing• Check received goods according to standard operating procedures (SOP)• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity• Ensure inventory management accuracy and warehouse processes• Collaborate with other divisions to resolve operational or customer issues
Requirements
• Maximum age of 30 years• Minimum education of high school diploma• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader• Willing to work on public holidays if required• Team player• Strong analytical skills• Familiarity with deadlines• Good communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work under pressure• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Drive
