Weigh Bridge Operator (PULP industries)

A Pulp Weighbridge Operator is responsible for overseeing the weighing of pulp materials using a weighbridge.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Weighing Operations :

Operate and manage the weighbridge system to accurately measure incoming and outgoing pulp materials.

Record Keeping :

Maintain detailed records of weight measurements and relevant data.

Communication :

Coordinate with truck drivers and other personnel for smooth material weighing processes.

Equipment Maintenance :

Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of the weighbridge equipment.

QUALIFICATION:

Education :

High school diploma or equivalent is typically required.

Technical Skills :

Basic understanding of weighing equipment and computer systems & GANIS Certified.

Attention to Detail :

Precision and accuracy in recording weight measurements.

Communication Skills :

Good communication skills to interact with truck drivers and other team members.

Problem Solving :

Ability to troubleshoot minor issues with the weighbridge system.

Physical Fitness :

Some positions may require physical activities, such as walking or standing for extended periods.

Location :

Willing to be placement in Tarakan, North Kalimantan (no roster system).
