Weighbridge Station Operator

Weighbridge operator will responsible to operate weighing bridge and conduct daily operation monitoring of bridge, and the weighbridge operator can also responsible to issue tickets or weighing results.

Main Responsibilities:

• Check the suitability of the function of weighing instruments.
• Carrying out weighing and ensuring that the data entered is correct.
• Print a weighbridge ticket and match the weighing results with Delivery Order (DO).
• Responsible for maintaining weighbridge equipment, cleanliness including calibration weighbridge in local authority body.
• Carrying out the weighing process and ensuring weighing activities are carried out safety and follow EHS standards.
• Make daily and monthly activity writing report of weighing process to direct superior.
• Report any problem occurred related to EHS and/or quality issue to superior.
• Maintain the cleanliness of weighbridge and control room according to 5S program.
• Check the condition of goods and packaging before and after weighing.

Requirements:

• Minimum High School / Vocational High School majoring in Science or Technical.
• Have working experience as a weighbridge operator for at least 1 year in the same or similar field.
• Have good basic mathematical skills to carry out weight calculations quickly and accurately.
• Have the ability to operate computers and software related to weighing, such as Microsoft Office, Word, etc.
• Have a good communication skills to interact with colleagues, customers, and other parties involved in the weighing.
• Have an honest, disciplined, responsible and professional work attitude.
• Have a weighbridge operator competency certificate from an institution recognized by the government.
