As a Wellheads Aftermarket Manager at SPM Oil and Gas, you will run day to day operations at assigned service center. Supervises hourly workers (workshop & field-based employees) engaged in refurbishment of service iron and flow control components, pump power units and auxiliary equipment, rental products. Responsible for the deployment of training that will enhance organizational efficiency.

As the Wellheads Aftermarket Manager, you will:

  • Work together with relevant teams and departments to improve processes.
  • Brainstorm ideas to create solutions for identified problems.
  • Lifecycle Service team to always work in safe manner, to comply with health, safety and environment legislation and policy.
  • To work as per project quality plans and procedures.
  • To complete all activities identified within the department.
  • To support Rental, Maintenance and Refurbishment business growth.
  • Plan and coordinate Rental and Refurbishment activities in accordance with established work methods and procedures within Indonesia territory.
  • Plan and coordinate activities in accordance with established work methods and procedures.
  • Plan the day-to-day operations of running the service department in Indonesia.
  • Creating FNCR (Field Non-Conformance Report) and NPT (Non-Productive Time) reports as and when required.
  • Liaise with customer on day-to-day operations not limited to Engineering and Technical supports.
  • Support the customer when required – This could be at any time day or night not limited to visiting Offshore and Onshore including remote Customer facilities.
  • Complete load out lists for equipment shipping to rig sites.
  • Act as Jakarta focal point for Operations and after-market inquiry.
  • Ensure quality service reports, time sheet, and other supporting document for invoicing is available.
  • Work with Country Manager for personnel assignment strategy.
  • Work with Engineering and Sales to ensure proper tools and spares are prepared so service engineers can execute flawlessly.
  • Take a lead in the case of emergency and FNCR (Field Non-Conformance Report) process.
  • Work with service engineers to ensure they are well versed with the scope of work, procedure, and billing.
  • Conduct field audit to ensure compliance and adherence to standards and procedures.
  • To be able to work with Engineering on Service Inspections Report to determine equipment condition and scope of work.
  • To work with various departments to order spares, arrange machine time for repairs, transportation.
  • Monitor equipment utilizations.
  • Able to build strong relationship between plant and operating teams including Lifecycle Service Project team.
  • Support tender to rentals.
  • SHE responsibility refer to SHE Duty of Care Document.
  • Liaise with logistics from customer if there is a need to deliver urgent parts.
  • Liaise with Field Service Engineer and logistics from customer and SPM, to ensure the tools are ready at wellsite for collection during demobilization. Arrange pick up with SPM logistics.
  • At the end of job, help to ensure all items are billed to the customer.
  • Register training or orientation for Field Service Engineer before they can enter Customer's facility. Follow up with Field Service Engineer to ensure they attend.

The successful candidate must bring:

  • Good proficiency in English.
  • A bachelor's degree in engineering/manufacturing with an excellent understanding of quality management practices or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum five years of job-related experience are typically required on Wellhead and Xmas Tree.
  • Knowledge of shop operations and maintenance procedures is required.
  • Preferably has worked in the rig as wellhead engineer in the past.

Shift: Regular

Work location: Setiabudi Atrium, Jakarta

Occasional business travel will be required (20%).

Domestic relocation is not available for this position.
