Account Admin Staff

We are plastic bags processing located at Batam Centre, Kara Industrial Park, required:

• Full-timer Account administration staff Female/Male
• Able to speak Mandarin/Chinese dialog is a must
• Able to speak English will be an advantage
• Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping software, strong typing skills
• Knowledge of GF Accounting program will be an advantage
• Knowledge of bookkeeping procedures
• Familiarity with accounting principles and tax regulations will be an advantage
• Professional manner and a strong ethical code
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

Job Scope:

• Monitoring daily communications and answering any queries
• Updating and maintaining procedural documentation
• Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, etc
• Providing support to the Accounting Department
• Working with spreadsheet with accuracy
• Recording and review file payroll
• Recording and filing financial transactions
• Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive
• Commitment to working efficiently and accurately
