Account Coordinator For Spotify

We are now representing Spotify and they are looking for qualified candidates for the role of Technical Account Coordinator

Job Description

• Become an expert in the Ad Studio product, effectively identifying and matching the right campaign objective and targeting for each advertising client
• Work independently to identify campaign optimizations for existing customers and create compelling media plans to help Sales Reps close and upsell their Prospects and Customers
• Help grow the “share of wallet” of assigned companies’ and agencies’ marketing budgets for the advantage of by being a trusted advisor
• Troubleshoot campaign pacing issues and work cross functionally as needed to resolve
• Meet and exceed SLA targets
• Build a supportive team community 

Qualifications

• An experienced sales support representative with a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
• English (C1) is mandatory
• Flawless written communication skills
• Highly organized and able to work under pressure in a busy and collaborative environment.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills. Able to multitask and stay detail oriented.
• Ability to work autonomously and report back on progress on a daily basis.
• Nice to have - experience with Ad Sales, Marketing, or Digital Advertising
• Nice to have - Experience with Gsuite (Gsheets, Gslides), and Microsoft Suite
