Roles & Responsibilities:
- Find potential clients, explore client's needs, and search for opportunities.
- Negotiate to close the deals with clients.
- Maintain a good relationship with clients during the project and after the project has finished.
- Monitor the project given from clients.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of administrative and operational duties.
- Report leads weekly and monthly
Requirements:
- Female, max 35 years old
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree preferably in Management, Business Administration or Communication.
- Minimum 3 year experience in B2B & Government Sales & any related field.
- Strong selling and negotiation skills with the ability
to close deals and contribute to revenue growth
- Excellent interpersonal skill with strong communication
- well organized person and detail oriented
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Enthusiastic in consulting and training industry.
- 3 months probation period.
