Responsibilities:
1. Reseller Management:
- Engage with resellers, addressing inquiries related to orders, complaints, and other queries originating from platforms like Tokopedia.
- Monitor and manage reseller relationships to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
2. Coordination with Technicians and Service Centers:
- Coordinate the resolution of product issues by liaising with technicians or service centers across multiple locations.
- Ensure efficient communication between the sales team and technical support to address and resolve customer concerns promptly.
3. Consignments Handling:
- Oversee existing consignment arrangements, ensuring accurate inventory management and timely fulfillment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline consignment processes and optimize inventory levels.
4. Sales Data Preparation:
- Prepare and organize sales data to track offline sales performance.
- Collaborate with the sales team to gather relevant information and compile reports for sales analysis.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with resellers, technicians, and internal teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Problem-solving mindset to address and resolve issues promptly.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and consignment processes is a plus.
