- Approaches potential clients through new leads, cold calls, courtesy visit meeting, existing relationships, promotional events etc
- Conduct meeting with clients to investigate customer needs, discuss solution, and explain the benefits and potential return of investment (ROI)
- Create quotation quotes and negotiate with clients
- Maintain excellent relationships with all clients in the executive's portfolio
- Create weekly/monthly report of sales activity, pipeline, and hot prospects
- Improve/upgrade database of clients to support approaching/selling activity
- Visit clients, attend tradeshows, or participate in industry events or trainings in order to capture market requirements and technology (sometimes not in working hours)
