Job Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting or any relevant major
- Minimum 3 years’ working experience as Finance, Accounting , Tax or any related
- Experience in financial report/statement, taxation law (withholding tax, GST/VAT, etc)
- Able to work under pressure in challenging environment and follow tight schedule
- Fast learner, able to multi task and work independently with minimum supervision
- Responsible, meticulous, analytical and possess a high sense of urgency to meet deadline
- Fluent in English proficiency, is a must
- IT literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
- Able to start work immediately will be good
Job Responsibilities:
- Able to handle 1 local and 1 assigned overseas to assess account knowledge and HR knowledge
- Working attitude - able to accept work allocated
- Perform accurate data entry and account reconciliation
- Monitor and ensure up-to date accounts files and records
- Maintain proper filing system
- Assist with compliance reporting for federal, state and local agencies for the assigned overseas offices
- Ensure timely & accurate government related submissions
- Liaise with auditors and tax agents for the assigned overseas offices
- Prepare monthly management reports and closing for the assigned overseas offices
- Constantly monitor for new or amendments to the Employment Act & Regulations
- Create, review & update Office Policy & SOP
- Handle Leave management
- Any ad-hoc task assigned by the supervisor
