• Build, acquire, and maintain relationship with clients.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proven track record of meeting targets and delivering results
• Able to speak English
• Open for all degree, but we recommend you have knowledge or experience in digital creative industry.
• Coordinates activities to ensure projects and plans achieve objectives within allocated timeframes and budgets.
• Researches emerging market trends to incorporate into strategic planning.
• Prepare proposal, follow up, present, and negotiate the project proposal
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet client objectives

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Having min 3 years of experience as a Account Executive at Agency
• Target oriented, strong leadership spirit, high personal motivation
• Ability to solve problems creatively
• Ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
• Ready to work as part of a solid team
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple technical and business teams.
• Has experience in managing digital project and team to make sure the result is delivered in high quality, on time, and on budget,
• Has experience in maintaining productive relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Wants to work in a studio with fun and positive atmosphere together with friendly and passionate people
• Has familiar with project management tools is a plus.
