Job Description:
- Troubleshoot customer issues (day to day) that may cause customers to unsubscribe from the company.
- Assist and support valued customers to be able to use the company's products effectively and efficiently.
- Assist in resolving/handling challenging client requests and escalating customer issues as needed.
- Able to evaluate, analyze and understand customer needs & effectively communicate all offers to customers
- Influence, educate, and manage sellers to use the company's products.
- Maintain strong relationships with general customers and the company's valued
- Drive Adoption: Drive adoption and use of new products and features across business units and enterprise teams.
Qualifications:
- Min education Bachelor/Diploma or equal
- Min 1 - 2 years experiences as Customer Support, Account Manager, Relationship Manager, or relevant role. Experience of working in Start up (e-commerce) or technology company would be a huge advantage
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management issue at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Ability to interface & communicate both in verbal or non-verbal with different internal and external stakeholders
- Possess natural problem solver and analytical thinking set.
