This position is mainly responsible to create, develop and close
business and sales opportunities with the goal to continuously
increase PT. Indodev Niaga Internet’s annual revenues and market
share in Indonesia. Creating to closing a business opportunity
includes analyzing the client's business operations and goals, and
determining the best way to meet their needs in a timely and
satisfactory manner. Being an Account Manager also means to
develop an ongoing business relationship with our customers’
managers, or supervisors through all stages: pre-sales, during
implementation, and maintenance to keep them satisfied. Account
Manager shall also help in resolving any issues that might occur
during the project and support thereafter
Persyaratan Khusus- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience 2 years as an Account Manager or in a similar role in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently manage multiple client accounts.
- A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience working in the Payroll Outsourcing industry is a plus
