AlamatExecutive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of an Engineering/Construction company. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 2 years of experience for the job of Account Payable Staff. The job is based in Jakarta Area, Indonesia.
Responsibility:
- Process data into the ERP system per system requirements and ensuring correct process.
- Understand the expectations of stakeholders and the Accounts Payable Administrator role within the broader team.
- Collaborate effectively with team members including in other Beca offices.
- Seek specific and constructive feedback to support personal development.
- Support the team through effective contribution to team meetings.
- Escalate complex enquiries as appropriate.
- Produce routine documentation and assist with undertaking reconciliations.
- Process accounts payable transactions as per agreed process.
- Elevate any issues or inconsistencies to senior team members for review and consideration.
- Assist with preparing documentation for payments as required.
- Support the month-end reporting process by following agreed procedures and working to deadlines.
Candidate's Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting.
- Preferably having 1-2 years experience in similar role (Account Payable)
- Strong administrative and procedural skills
- Confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills ·
- Able to work independently and exercise initiatives
- A team player. Able to interact and work with colleagues at various level and sections
