👑 Job Role

• Responsible for completing payments and controlling expenses by receiving payments, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices.
• Execute the work of the Account Payable operations to ensure a timely and accurate disbursement process.
• Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
• Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
• Controlling and monitoring both AP days and long outstanding AP.
• Ensure the accuracy of an organization’s financial documents for payment, auditing, and tax purposes.

⛩️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Good understanding of basic bookkeeping.
• Strong knowledge in financial report/accounting reporting/tax regulation.
• Minimum 2 years working experience as Account Payable Officer.
• Proficiency in Ms. Office preferably Ms. Excel.
• Able to thrive in a face-paced environment and able to work independently
• Well-organized and have good time management skills
• Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.
• Good analytical thinking, problem solving and comfortable with numbers/data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
