- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, with

entry-level, mid-level, or senior roles).
- Experienced within the 4/5-star hotel industry, with a proven track record.
- Utilize the VHP system for reservations and inventory management.
- Relevant educational background, such as degrees, diplomas, or
certifications in hospitality management, culinary arts, business
administration, or related fields. Advanced degrees or specialized
certifications may be required for management or technical positions.
- Able to manage administration well and master product knowledge.
- Exceptional customer service skills, including effective communication,
problem-solving, and the ability to create positive guest experiences.
- Fluent in English.
