- Ensure AR day-to-day activities are performed in alignment with the agreed SLA
- Ensure monthly closing process is completed within the stipulated deadline
- Ensure timely settlement of claims, escalate issues and disputes to stakeholders
- Manage tradex accrual rec, identify and resolve issues/variances
- Tend to ad-hoc requests from stakeholders as and when required
Requirement
- Minimal Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting
- Minimal 3 years of experience in AR/Finance-related background
- Preferably from FMCG background
- Experience in managing claims (customer deductions) and tradex is a plus
- Well-versed in SAP (AR Module)
- Exposure in Promax will be an advantage
- Good proficiency in English both verbal and written
