This role is designed as a stepping stone for individuals to gain experience, develop their design skills, and understand the operational working of a design team within an hospitality corporate setting.
Job Description:
- Make monthly invoices for the villa
- Numbering Revenue invoices
- Print all invoices and filling
- Create a pdf and upload it to each owner's drive
- Create a transfer form according to the owner's request & fill it in along with proof of transfer
- Bank reconciliation received from owner
Qualification:
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting or any related major
- Fluent in Microsoft Office, Excel, Drive and Spreadsheet, Word
- Able work as team
- Has good personality and attitude
- Hard worker, loyal, attention to detail
- Able to join immediately
