 Accor Vacation Club Asia, is looking for a competent, self-motivated, and dynamic candidate to fill this Accounts Receivable Officer position in our in Nusa Dua - Bali office.

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE OFFICER

The Accor Vacation Club Finance team is seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer. You will be a proven team player, passionate about business and have sound experience in Accounts Receivable. In return you have the opportunity to learn and grow plus access generous Accor staff benefits.

Work Location:

Nusa Dua - Bali
 

Requirements:

• Domiciled in Bali working in Nusa Dua office.
• A Bachelor Degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Finance & Accounting field.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting systems (E.g. Sun Systems).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential.

 Responsibilities:

• Manage, supervise and execute the Accounts Receivable process.
• Prepare bank reconciliation and supporting details of the accounts.
• Reconcile daily, weekly and monthly statements and the Account Receivable ledgers.
• Identify and maintain all debtor transactions in a complete and timely manner.
• Report the monthly and weekly Debtor Aging and other reports for management.
• Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Other duties as assigned.
