Accountant - General Cashier & Treasury

Requirement:

1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) / Diploma 3 in Accounting/Finance, Management, Engineering or other relevant majors.

2. Minimum 1-2 years experience in Finance & Accounting (especially General Cashier & Treasury )

3. Competency in MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Spreadsheet) and accounting software preferably Xero

4. Good communication in English

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for General Cashier’s cash/bank
• Collects and counts contents of all cashier’s envelopes daily.
• Receives and records in the General Cashier’s daily report
• Prepare daily bank deposit and properly accounts for all disbursement
• Counts own funds daily and properly accounts for all disbursement
• Prepares voucher register daily report and enter the payment
• Review and verify cash advance and realization report
• Review and verify commission attendance and/or therapist wages on a periodical
• Reimburses outlet cashiers for disbursement made by them
• Controls and accounts for foreign currencies and update rate on
• Weekly bank account reconciliation
• Ensuring account transactions to the correct place
• Update and review figures based on payment out
• Liaise with external parties related with banking and cash
