- Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping terminology and practices.
- Can perform administrative and clerical tasks, such as data entry, preparing invoices, sending bill reminders, filing paperwork, and contacting clients to discuss their accounts.
- Knows how to generate and prepare reports and statements for internal use.
- Knows how to process payments and documents such as invoices, journal vouchers, employee reimbursements, and statements.
- Knowledge of automated accounting systems.
- Know how to reconcile and/or balance financial transactions and accounts.
- Knowledge of spreadsheets and database software.
- Knowledge of general record keeping and filing systems.
- Able to determine work priorities.
- Able to communicate effectively.
- Ad hoc or other task that may assign from time to time.
