Position: Accounting Manager

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Accounting Manager to join our team. The Accounting Manager will oversee all aspects of financial accounting, reporting, and compliance for the company. This position will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, managing financial transactions, and ensuring adherence to accounting policies and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the accounting department.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment collections, and vendor management.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
• Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and tax filings.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and tax laws.
• Lead and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Handle special projects and ad hoc financial analysis as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting
• Thorough understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
