Accounting Officer/Staff

We are currently recruiting Accounting Officer/Staff for our Restaurant in Ubud and Seminyak areas.

Position details:

The Accounting Officer is responsible for providing financial report to management team, as well as managing the day-to-day accounting operations of the restaurant. This position requires strong accounting skills, knowledge of financial principles, and the ability to work independently. Accounting Officers must be able to analyze complex financial information, prepare financial reports and statements, and provide timely advice to the management team.

Job description:

1. Prepare income and expense entries by compiling and analyzing account information.

2. Maintain and balance general ledger accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.

3. Reconcile accounts by researching and resolving differences.

4. Maintain financial records by archiving documents.

5. Prepare financial reports by collecting and summarizing account information.

6. Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.

7. Assist in budget preparation by collecting and analyzing financial information.

8. Assist with audit preparation by providing information and support to the management

9. Develop and document accounting policies and procedures.

10. Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting choices.

Qualification

1.    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.

2.    Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting and finance

3.    Have knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

4.    Able to analyze financial data and create financial reports.

5.    Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, TouchBistro.

6.    Proficient in Computer Operation

7.    Microsoft Office (Especially Excel)
