ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST

RESPONSIBILITY :

• Formation and submission of annual reports (a license is required).
• Formation and submission of monthly reports.
• Handle Accounting and all tax accounting.
• Distribution of primary documentation on expenses and receipts.
• Issuing payment orders and monitoring payments.
• Carrying out inventories in production (Stock Opname).
• Interaction with regulatory authorities, if necessary.
• Financial analysis and budgeting.
• Building accounting process and their development.
• Ensure all the reports arrive on time and being delivered in a timely manner with the right quality.
• Optimization of accounting processes.
• Provide support to the Finance, Accounting and Human Resources Department.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Professional knowledge of Jurnal.id software
• Excellent knowledge of Indonesia's tax system
• Ability to calculate all types of taxes
• Have a Brevet A & B 
• Is able to use English fluently and fluently in written, oral and professional speech
• Minimum S1 education in all specialties
• Can use computer programs such as Microsoft Excel, Word, Power point, Google Sheets, Zoom, etc
• Have good organizational skills and time management skills
• High level of independence (the employee himself knows what needs to be done and initiates without request)
• Knowledge of the Russian language will be a great advantage
