Responsibility:
- Record journal and input financial transaction into the system, prepare general ledger
- Perform account payable and account receivable reconciliation as well as bank transaction reconciliation
- Maintain financial record and reports, prepare regular financial statement (balance sheet, profit and loss, statement of equity, cash flow, etc.)
- Analyze financial figures and review financial statement
- Handle company taxation activities (calculation and reporting)
Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting
- Have 2-3 years working experience in operational finance accounting and tax
- Proven skills in Microsoft Excel with working knowledge in using accounting application
- Proven knowledge and updated in tax-related regulations (PPH 21, PPH 22, PPH 23, PPH 25), experience in submitting tax report
- Have Brevet (A, B, or C) will be an advantage
- Strong analytical thinking and able to perform multitasking jobs
- Meticulous, strong attention to detail, and well-organized
- Proactive, initiative and able to work under pressure with tight deadline
- Demonstrate good communication with high interpersonal skills
