Requirements
- Minimum S1 in Accounting Major or Taxation Major with a minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00 or equivalent.
- Have at least 2 years of working experience in the Tax Consultant field.
- Excellent communication skills and good in English, both verbal and written.
- Excellent with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) is essential.
- Should be capable of working effectively under pressure and meeting established goals & objectives within the specific deadline while maintaining high quality at all times.
- Should be proactive, highly motivated, and able to work effectively in a team.
- Brevet Certification will be a distinct advantage.
- Having experience handling Tax Audits, Tax Objections, Tax Appeals, and judicial Reviews is preferred.

Job description
- Understanding the Business of the Client.
- Prepare All Monthly Tax Calculations, Include Payroll calculation with Income Tax Article 21 calculation.
- Prepare client’s Tax Returns (monthly report) and its accurate, timely filing of all Tax forms.
- Prepare, calculate, and monitor the payment of BPJS Manpower and BPJS Health and reporting.
- Prepare Corporate Income Tax Calculation and Individual Income Tax and the revision if needed.
- Building relationship and interacting with clients to provide excellent Planning, Consulting, and Expertise.
- Monitor Tax law and regulation developments.
- Research of Tax, regulatory and accounting issues on behalf of the clients.
- Liaison with Tax officials and other government authorities.
- Cooperate with Finance, Legal, and Accounting teams to achieve greater levels of effectiveness and engagement in the job.
- Report to Supervisor/Assistant Manager/Manager
- Provide mentoring to the Junior Tax Consultant.
- Other ad-hoc assignments by the Superior or Management.
