Uraian Tugas

Responsibilities:     
     Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive offline marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify target demographics, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate offline strategies with digital efforts for a cohesive brand message.

    Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end offline marketing campaigns, including but not limited to print media, direct mail, events, sponsorships, and traditional advertising.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective execution of campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

    Event Management:

  • Plan and coordinate participation in industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Oversee logistics, booth design, collateral creation, and staff coordination for successful event execution.
  • Evaluate the success of events and propose adjustments for future activities.

    Collateral Development:

  • Supervise the creation and production of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, posters, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all offline channels.

    Public Relations:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and key industry influencers.
  • Draft press releases and coordinate media coverage to enhance brand visibility.

    Budget Management:

  • Manage and allocate the offline marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum return on investment.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to optimize costs.

    Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the digital marketing team, sales, and other departments to align offline efforts with overall business goals.
  • Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders to gather insights and ensure consistent messaging.

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (5 years) in offline marketing, with a successful track record of planning and executing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of traditional marketing channels, including print, events, and direct mail.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Analytical skills to measure campaign success and provide actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in offline marketing.
