- Manage post-event evaluations and analysis for continuous improvement.
- Conceptualize, develop, execute, and evaluate online and offline activations that align with the company's objectives and values.
- Collaborate with various departments to align activation strategies with overall business goals.
- Manage budgets for events and activations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.
Job Requirement
- Experience 4 years in planning and executing offline events and social media campaigns.
- Proven successful event management track record, including anniversaries, gala dinners, CSR events, and awards nights.
- Expert in developing and executing social media campaigns, particularly on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and work effectively with diverse teams.
- Budget management experience and negotiation skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
