Qualifications & experience
- Certificate/ Degree / Diploma in related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ Finance and Accountancy experience. Candidates with HR background will have the added advantage.
- Language skill: English (spoken and written) & Indonesian.
- Good interpersonal skills, multi-tasking, leadership skills, time sensitive.
- Working knowledge of Financial Software.
- Those who are able to work in Kota Wisata, CIBUBUR, are highly encouraged to apply.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Posting of the invoices to the Financial System and prepare the payment voucher to the AP. Support the AR team on send the payment reminders and correspond with customers as and when required. Maintain Petty Cash & record the transaction into the UBS system.
- Support the AP team on arranging documentation on Remittance and Sales transactions and other bank related matters. Maintain Bank reconciliation & cash book before and after payment, to ensure payment is completed.
- Work with the tax consultant on tax, withholding and PPN and arrange payments on time to the government authorities.
- Human Resource Checking the monthly employee claim expenses and send the finance manager & HR. Support the HR team on staff annual leave, medical leave and etc and report to HQ as and when required.
- Communicate with third party such as tax consultant, auditors, government officers and etc as and when is needed.
- Office Admin Organizing and maintaining the office supplies of stationery, office pantry and other in relation to office administration. Follow up and maintain the policies/agreements/contracts including employees’ & warehouse insurance, office & warehouse building agreements and etc.
- Assist and support the Company with day-to-day operation to ensure smooth operation.
