Job Descriptions:
• Welcomes visitors by greeting them, either in person or over the phone
• Answer or direct visitor inquiries in person by maintaining employee and department directories
• Assist the Branch Manager in administrative tasks
• Documenting all new student visits and admissions
• Documenting branch assets
• Updating & reporting data updates regularly (daily)
Required
• Have work experience in the relevant field
• Proactive and ability to take initiative
• Good communication (written & spoken)
• Exceptional customer service and administration skills
• Able to operate Ms. Word, Excel, and Ms. Teams
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Available to work in Bintaro/Raden Inten/Duren Sawit, South Jakarta
