Job Description:
• Finding and looking for supplier / vendor;
• Finding and analyzing prospective suppliers / vendors that are in accordance with the requirements;
• Coordinating with suppliers / vendors regarding the completeness of documents;
• Supporting materials according to applicable quality standards;
• Managing the delivery of goods through systematic and controlled planning (FIFO or ERP / MRP);
• Selecting procurement partners according to company criteria;
• Collaborating with relevant departments to ensure the smooth operation of the company;
• Ensuring the availability and delivery of goods/materials through audit/control stock mechanisms, etc.
Job Responsibilities:
• Finding and looking for suppliers / vendors;
• Compile monthly reports (Tracking, Inventory, Handover Minutes);
• Responsible for the receipt of goods (Quality and Quantity Checking);
• Responsible for the process of shipping goods (Packaging, Urgency of Delivery, Logistics Administration);
• Maximize the delivery of goods effectively and efficiently;
• Create weekly reports on job progress;
• Checking incoming invoices before submitting to finance department;
• Creating tabulations (price comparisons) according to user needs;
• Can foster good relationships with old and new suppliers / vendors;
• Evaluating the performance of suppliers / vendors;
• Looking for new suppliers / vendors when needed;
• Other tasks by the leader
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor majoring in Management or appropriate
• Experienced as Logistics officer and/or Purchasing min 2 years
• Experience working in Logistics/Manufacturing companies
• Computer literate: Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point;
• Having experience in export and import
• Having experience in inventory stock take
• Having Negotiation Skills
• Fluent in English both oral and written, Mandarin preferrable;
• Communicative, honest, conscientious, disciplined and hardworking
• Able to work as a team
• Be proactive
• Able to work with tight deadlines
