Responsibilities:
- Do all end to end process about Marketing Administration (documents, payment, relatives, etc),
- Managing our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement.
- Running company social media advertising campaigns,
- Building brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers & KOL Management
- Analyzing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives
- Purchase of media advertising for daily and new products and important festivals.
- Submitting department budget and making claim reports.
- Make a Purchase Order (PO) through the system.
- Search for vendors needed and establish communication with vendors.
- Ensuring the administrative process of each vendor up to payment.
- Carry out stock opname process.
Requirement:
- Min. D3 or Bachelor's degree for All Major,
- Min 1 year experience in the admin / marketing field (it's a plus),
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Especially Excel),
- Good attention to detail for data entry and good problem-solving skills,
- Good communication skills,
- Have a strong willingness to learn and work with a team.
