Key Responsibilities
- Uploading product images and changing prices on the Marketplace platform.
- Updating daily stock on the Marketplace platform.
- Checking for empty stock on each Marketplace platform.
- Managing content and images and making adjustments when there are changes.
- Ensuring that incoming orders are processed by the relevant team.
- Answering customer questions about products or online store activities on marketplaces.
- Creating sales reports.
Key Specification Candidate:
- 1 year of working experience in the e-commerce field. Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, Marketplace Interfaces, and the ability to churn out reports and business reviews for internal and external reporting.
- Ability to think creatively, strategically, identify, and resolve problems.
- Good team player but also self-motivated and able to act on initiative.
- Fluent in written and spoken English
