Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing sales leads, preparing proposals, and processing orders
- Maintain customer records and ensure that all customer information is up-to-date and accurate
- Generate sales reports and track sales performance
- Assist with sales and marketing initiatives
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a sales or administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices
