Job Descriptions:
- Handling basic office tasks.
- Ordering items to suppliers/vendors
- Checking and stocking items (stock opname)
- Creating and preparing all invoices and purchased items to be approved by owner
- Creating and organizing documents
- Coordinating schedules and managing calendars for multiple parties
- Working using their own laptop
Requirements:
- Experience with office management software like MS Office
- Prior experience as an Administrative Staff or similar role.
- Strong communication in English and time management skills
- Good organization skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
