Job Descriptions:
- Prepare Sales Orders, Invoices & Delivery Orders.
- Managing customer orders and delivery arrangements.
- Maintain stocks in the warehouse.
- Maintain proper records and organisation of the filling system.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure availability of necessary items.
- Prepare and compile reports concerning orders and inventory.
- Oversee international shipping processes.
- Provide general administration support to the team as required.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees.
- Obligated to be involved in ad hoc tasks.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Able to work independently, with minimum supervision, dedicated, result-oriented.
- Able to multitask and work as a team.
- Good command of written, listening, and spoken English would be an added advantage.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel.
- Possess your own transportation and preferably stay in the nearby Tangerang area.
- Have at least 1-2 years of experience in Administration.
- Positive, passionate, and punctual-to-work attitudes.
