Responsibilities:
1. **Client Communication:** Respond promptly and efficiently to client messages through communication (WhatsApp).
2. **Understanding Client Needs:** Interact with clients to understand their needs, goals, and expectations regarding their digital marketing campaigns.
3. **Conveying Client Requests:** Clearly and promptly communicate client requests, changes, or requirements to internal teams.
4. **Coordinating Internal Teams:** Interact with internal teams such as creative, development, and analytics teams to ensure the proper implementation of client requests.
5. **Monitoring Project Progress:** Track client project progress and ensure that targets and deadlines are met.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Law, English Literature, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administration, client management, or a related field, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Stay in Bali
