Job Description:
- Take charge to make daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Take charge of office inventory, maintenance, driver’s schedule, and all other related issues.
- Ensure functionality of necessary office equipment and requisitioning new equipment and supplies as needed.
- Preparing in organizing events, including requisitioning meeting spaces.
- Answering telephone calls, responding to queries, and replying to emails.
- Conferring with accounting department to help make payments, process incoming invoices, and verify receipts.
- Organizing and managing schedules and calendars for staff, and managers.
- Systematically filing company documents.
- Take charge of preparation & submission of all reports pertaining to above listed tasks.
- Perform job assignment/function from time to time.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma Any University, Secretary or English graduate.
- Good oral & written English communication skills.
- Has initiative and can work with minimal supervision.
- The ability to multitask.
- Good communication and coordination of office activities and tasks.
- Computer literate and with proficient knowledge in MS Office.
- Highly organized & smart with a high sense of urgency.
- Comfortable working independently when needed, or as part of a team.
