Responsibilities:
- Collaborating on assignments related to document management of related department
- Prepares all related document and report according to order from department leader
- Carrying administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- Writing letters and emails on behalf of other office staff
- Maintaining computer and manual filing systems
- Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
- Perform other qualified duties as required
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least SMK/ Diploma's Degree in Accounting/Administration/Engineering or equivalent with minimum GPA 3.0
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)
- Computer literate: Ms Office such as Excel (Mandatory), Word (Mandatory) & Power Point
- Required language(s): English (passive)
- Knowledge of office administration procedures
- Ability to multi-task and to work as part of a team
- Excellent communication and good interpersonal skills
