Job Qualifications :
- Minimum SMK (Vocational School) or diploma degree of administration
- Having 1 years minimum experience in similar role and industry or Fresh Graduate we’re welcomed.
- Having good skill in English with internal or external
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Good administrative skills & expert in Microsoft office tools such as; excel
- Quick to learn & Proactive
Job Descriptions :
- Receive customer’s order (PO) and record it as Sales Order (SO) in Accurate.
- Creating S/O and monitoring delivery to customers and checking the payment from customer if there is overdue or no
- Check products availability in system
- Relationship building with all key customers, other customer
- Work closely to get confirmation on product availability and lead time Inventory Management and aging stock
- Communicate intensely and collaboration with Finance & Marketing team on preparing delivery, shipping documents and get shipping details
