You will be responsible to growing and develop advertiser base for Lazada Sponsored Solution to be achieving company goals. This is exciting opportunities to learn and experience first-hand the future of eCommerce advertising in the region.
The ideal candidate is must be passionate on advertising and ecommerce business, with having Advertising Product knowledge and project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Fully understand customer’s insight and business demands through data-driven in order to build strategies to drive solid use case for new potential or enhance existing products to elevate the product performance.
- Leading the ideation, research and analysis of competitive landscape, product metrics, customers and technologies trends to generate new ideas to grow product solution
- Take ownership of the Lazada Advertising Product and drive product and feature roadmap.
- Accountability of your product roadmap, prioritization and oversee overall product development process and GTM plan.
- Reiterate on product plans, and take informed resolves using data and seller/brand feedback
- Clearly communicate product plan, seller/brand feedback, and roadblocks to team members, cross-functional peers, and stakeholders.
- Engage cross-functionally, partnering with regional product team, data and other teams to effectively deliver high-quality products.
- Define, track and report success metrics for a product, business, and seller satisfaction.
- Responsible of any product feedback/complain from seller/brand, and proactively follow up and solving the problem with finding a root cause and escalation to the related PIC.
- Become an expert as a Lazada advertising solution advisor, articulate seller needs and deliver user-friendly solutions that solve their problems.
- Work effectively in country cross-functional capacity including key partnerships with commercial, Business development, finance, Cust-care, etc.
- Conduct regular review to internal stakeholder in related to KPI and product performance with providing insights and analysis.
- Proactively lead effective cadences and incorporate feedback in related to product plan.
- Go above and beyond the day to day role to work on special projects.
- BA/BS degree in IT/Statistic/Industrial/Product/Management
- Tech savvy and have a great interest in technology company and advertising business
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially in PowerPoint and advance in Ms.Excel
- Experience with e-commerce and advertising technology company is a plus.
- Experience with at least 2 years of product management experiences or advertising operations.
- Ability to translate data into insights and recommendations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a data-oriented mindset; able to rely on data to understand various happenings and define & measure success on every project

- Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally.
